The Healing Power of Meditation

Meditation is the perfect tool to clear the mind from emotional pollution, and depression is brought on by the words spoken by those around you, it affects your mind’s state. These words can either give joy and peace or disturbed the mind with anger, sadness, frustration or jealousy. It is then that you most need meditation to provide a spiritual transformation. Meditation transforms violence and aggression in people into care, love and compassion while it purifies the environment.
