People advise you to switch your phone off when it comes to meditation, this is to ensure that your full divided attention is focused on the task at hand. In this day and age smart phone are a massive distraction. People tend to check emails or go on to social media apps and spend hours without even knowing how many hours they have wasted browsing irrelevant items.
People turn to game apps when they are stressed, this helps them forget about their current problems and focus on relaxation. This sometimes can be as helpful as a drugs meeting in a drugs den! Every mobile gateway is not a good one, remember that!
