Regular exercise has an important role in building and maintaining strong bones and muscles. Particularly, physical activity such as weight lifting can stimulate muscle building in comparision with adequate protein intake. Regular exercise can be a real energy booster for both healthy people and those who have suffered from medical conditions.

In addition, regular exercise can significantly increase energy levels for people who are suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome or other serious illnesses.

In fact, regular exercise seems to be more effective at combating chronic fatigue syndrome than other treatments like passive therapies or no treatment at all.

Furthermore, exercise has been shown to increase energy levels in people who are suffering from progressive illnesses, including HIV/AIDS, cancer, and multiple sclerosis.

5. Reduce Your Risk of Chronic Disease

Lack of regular exercise is a primary cause of chronic disease. Regular physical activity has been proved to improve insulin sensitivity, body composition, and cardiovascular fitness, yet decrease blood fat levels and blood pressure.

In contrast, a lack of regular exercise can lead to significant increases in belly fat, which increases the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and early death.

Therefore, daily exercise is recommended to reduce belly fat as well as decrease the risk of developing these diseases.
